Overview

I wanted to explore how we might Introduce new features like news, events, mortgage calculators, ads, relevant homes and like/dislike type questions. Bringing these features in with the goal of bringing in content that we could use as signals for recommending relevant content and increase revenue making opportunities like mortgages and ads.

My Role

This was a project I worked on as a side project to inspire the team as to what we could be doing. 

Problem

The realtor.com app was great for a user actively looking for a home and knew what they wanted; however, It lacked features to serve our users while they were in the discovery phase.
